I started this group so I could workout with my son and share my knowledge with other moms. This is an Outdoor Stroller fitness class during the summer months, and an indoor mom and baby class during the winter months. (Ages 0 - 2 years welcome) All moms and babies welcome, must be 6 -8 weeks post partum with doctors approval.

Our Mommy group was created in February 2010 and quickly grew from a core group of 12 Moms to over 400! We welcome Expectant Moms and Moms of little ones from new born to 5 years old. Coquitlam Mommy started with 9 women who had taken a prenatal class at Douglas College in the winter of 2010.
