I'm a soon-to-be first time mom expecting in July, and would love to get a South Bay Mamas group together. I'd love to plan a weekly meet-up at Polliwog Park in Manhattan Beach starting in August, as well as a weekly walking group, and wanted to get the ball rolling early! Baby Boot Camp stroller-based fitness classes are designed specifically to help moms get fit. It takes the place of a personal trainer at a time in your life when you need one more than ever.
